Have never had an issue with ChemWorld and have not had an issue with delivery in the past. However, this is the first time since we moved to our new address that Benton was used for delivery. They had our order for 2-1/2 days before I called them to find out where my product was. They finally called on 4/30 to set up an appt. for delivery on 5/1 between 9AM-12PM. Supposedly, we were their 4th delivery of the day. At about 5PM on 5/1, I started making phone calls to Benton to find out where they were - was told "we'll call the driver and call you back". Well, 45-50 minutes later, the driver called - said he was lost and he was not the regular driver. Delivery was finally made at about 6:15PM (and actually had the nerve to "look for a tip"). ChemWorld was very responsive to this situation and helpful.
