This product is a 55 gallon drum of 99.9% Propylene Glycol USP Kosher that meets FDA and USP specification.

GENERIC NAMES: 1,2 propanediol  

APPLICATIONS: A solvent for flavors, extracts, drugs, and food antioxidants: a heat transfer medium; an emollient and humectant and plasticizer for tobacco products, baked goods, coconut, cellophane, cork, adhesives, and paper products; a lubricant and mold inhibitor for food processing equipment; a humectant for pet food.

** NOTE: QualiChem Technologies repackages Food Grade Propylene Glycol USP from 55 gallon containers into new, unused, clean bottles and pails.  The increase in sterilization costs of the repackaged bottles does not allow us to meet USP (United States Pharmacopeia) and FDA/ USD specifications. Please take this into consideration when using the product.
